I was able to convinve the City of Concord to hire me into the Planning Department of the Municipality as a Planner with responsibilities involving community development. In that capacity I purchased houses and lots and sold newly constructed houses to worthy homebuyers. I also controlled and distributed HUD and Community Block Grant monies to 7 different cities from Statesville to Mt. Pleasant. I held that position until 2003. I continue to buy and sell real estate in NC and SC. I also earn commissions as a Professional Actor. I am presently 1st Vice Chair and would enjoy continuing in that role for the forseeable future. I feel I have been instructive and constructive in the local political scene and can contribute greatly going forward. The Democratic Party needs dedicated inclusive individuals to work om behalf of our principles and I have proven myself to be one of those people.
